Comrade Gerald Dow, a WWII veteran, turned one hundred (100) years old on May 15, 2022.
Accompanied by his two sons, Ian and Leslie, Branch 172 proceeded with a ceremony at the Centre d’hébergement de Maria in Maria Qc.

On April 2, 2022, members of Branch 172 gathered at the home of comrade Philip Doddridge, a World War II battle of Hong Kong Veteran on his 100th anniversary.

After receiving the salute from the Sergeant-at-arms, they proceeded to sing to him and give their best wishes as many people gathered in the yard.
